Jan Biller
CEO and Partner
As a master in social and media psychology, former community manager, and head of social media support at Swisscom, Jan has a lot of experience in building, managing, and developing customer communities. Jan is a winner of several innovation awards, a frequent speaker at conferences, and a lecturer in digital marketing and customer experience design.
Ramun Hofmann
Founder and Director of the Board
As a certified community expert, Ramun knows what really matters when implementing social customer community platforms. As a university-educated engineer with an M.S. in Communication Systems (EPFL) and a longtime leader of an R&D department at Swisscom, he is highly knowledgeable in the IT sector.

Florian ensures that the IT infrastructure "in the background" works properly and securely and is designed according to the latest standards in terms of security and performance.
Conrad Leu
Project Manager
After completing his training as a computer scientist, Conrad ran his own company as a web designer and web developer for eight years, gained another ten years of experience in web development and project management at a web agency in Bern, and has supported our team and our customers in their project success since the end of 2021.
Ian Morland
Senior Fullstack Developer
Ian is one of the core Flarum open-source developers and a FoF developer and maintainer. As part of the developer team, Ian advises and supports Glowing Blue in all Flarum aspects. Before that, Ian worked at GiffGaff as a senior software engineer and launched their Flarum community.
Oliver Tamas
Project Manager
Oliver has over 15 years of experience in the digitalization of marketing and sales — particularly in the fields of mobility and tourism. During his many years at SBB, he played a leading role in building the SBB community and social media channels and was also responsible for the SBB.ch website. Today, through digital-tourism.ch, he supports numerous companies in driving digitalization and innovation in marketing and e-commerce.
Priska Wermelinger
Frontend Developer
Priska holds a bachelor's degree in informatics and has an excellent sense of design. Thus, Priska develops beautiful and functional community websites and supports her colleagues in the design and development of new features.
Simon Hiller
Fullstack Developer
With over 10 years of experience in web development and data management, as well as a master's degree in bioinformatics, Simon supports our customers with innovative ideas and modern technologies, especially in the field of data science and data management, in building and rebuilding their communities.
Gianni Guida
Frontend Developer
Both a musician and a graduate of the Propulsion (now Constructor) Academy in Zurich, Gianni brings creativity, care, and attention to detail into every project. Passionate about clean design and intuitive user experiences, he contributes to the growth and success of the online communities we create and maintain.
Davide Iadeluca
Fullstack developer
With an apprenticeship as a computer scientist in the field of application development, Davide has in-depth knowledge of front-end development and has also developed his skills in the back-end area and in operations (Ops). His structured approach keeps schedules on track and contributes to the success of projects.
Claudius Henrichs
Project Manager / Frontend Developer
Claudius is a Community Generalist at Glowing Blue. He brings to the table more than 25 years of experience both managing and operating enterprise and enthusiast communities on a global scale with more than 5M monthly visitors. Most of these are Khoros based communities which he integrated successfully with learning and documentation offerings. Claudius joined Glowing Blue in 2024.
Grimur Vid Neyst
Senior Backend Developer
Grimur holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Computer Science and has over seven years of experience in full-stack development and IT consulting. He has worked around the world, including the United States, Norway, the Faroe Islands, and Australia, gaining both technical depth and international experience. As a fun fact, Grimur also holds a degree in baking, which allowed him to work internationally before transitioning fully into tech.

Flavia works on various projects for Glowing Blue. Her internship in marketing and innovation, her completed bachelor's degree, and her part-time master's program in Business Administration provide a good basis for her to work on different innovation and community projects.
