
TeamViewer is a remote control software with 2 billion installations worldwide. The community is available in 6 languages and serves as support for end users. In addition to various smaller customizations we developed a "Custom Knowledge Base" according to the TeamViewer style guide. With the help of a "dynamic filter", users can now navigate through the topics and sub-topics and thus reach the content relevant to them faster. Additionally, the "Helpful" rating helps them to evaluate the relevance of the content. In addition, the stand-alone Blizz Community was migrated to the TeamViewer Community with a "Custom Skin".

Custom Community Components
In addition to various smaller adjustments, we developed a "Custom Knowledge Base" according to the TeamViewer style guide. With the help of a "dynamic filter", users can now navigate through the topics and sub-topics and thus quickly get to the content relevant to them. Additionally, the "Helpful" rating helps them to assess the relevance of the content.

Integration & Migration
Blizz is a product of TeamViewer. We have integrated the stand-alone Blizz community with its unique design into the TeamViewer community.

Internationalization
For a long time, the TeamViewer community was only available in English, today it is available in 6 languages (English/German/French/Spanish/Chinese/Japanese). In addition to the technically necessary adaptations, we also took care of the translations and their implementation as well as the Go Live. In doing so we developed an automated workflow for the translations.
