We're at it again! For the sixth time, community managers will meet at the Glowing Blue Community Manager Unconference.
This year we are meeting again in Bern, our home base.
Here you have the perfect opportunity to exchange ideas with other community managers about the topics that are currently on your mind.

The unconference is free of charge and open to all interested parties.
You set the agenda!
Once again this year, we want to know what topics are on your mind.
We have started a thread in our community where you can post ideas ad libitum and start discussing them. We will then compile the list of topics for the unconference from all these suggestions. So you decide what we talk about!
And don't worry, with a colorful variety of topics, we are also planning parallel sessions so that there is something for everyone.
U for unconference?
At an unconference, you decide which topics you want to bring up and what you want to discuss with other community managers. We provide the framework, moderate and join in the discussion.
The goals of an unconference? Quite simple:
- Exchange and discussion: Engage in dialog and inspire each other.
- Networking: Meeting like-minded people and making new contacts.
- Learning and experimenting: Discovering new things, developing and trying out ideas.
There are also a few simple rules:
- Open to all: everyone is welcome!
- Equal rights: Everyone contributes as an equal member.
- Leadership from the center: Ideas and impulses can come from anywhere.
- Active participation: There are no spectators here - everyone is right in the middle!
